OPI A-Taupe the Space Needle with Kiss Fine Art Pens in pink and white
I wasn't exactly sure where I was going with this manicure when I started, but I liked the chocolaty base of A-Taupe the Space Needle. When that dried, I made random dotted swirls using Kiss Fine Arts Pens in pink and white.
